I. Brief

Bill’s came to us with a digital presence that didn’t live up to their promise. Already a rapidly expanding brand, we knew they needed a stunning digital destination that would delight new and recurrent visitors alike. The way that diners found this online home had to match Bill’s thoroughly organic approach to communications.

We partnered very closely with Bill’s in-house team to create a crisp, fully responsive site that reinforced their values: somewhere amazing, with a real buzz and plenty to look at - a place for everyone. All backed up by a highly robust, scalable hosting environment.

Then we made it our mission to convert more undecided diners into Bill’s lovers, while providing the best possible experience to existing advocates. We created a powerful, organic local search campaign, reaching out to those looking for restaurants in specific towns and regions. Our use of social listing directories helped amplify the incredible response Bill’s was receiving nationwide, without resorting to heavy paid media campaigns.

The effect? A big appetite for Bill’s online.
