The team at Hex have spent the last year or so working with Entelechy Academy, helping them to realise their goal of creating a unique platform for character-based self development. During this time, we've come across a whole world of other brilliant self improvement apps and platforms, so we thought we'd share some of them with you here:

Headspace: Headspace is an app that'll help you get your Zen on. It offers guided meditations and mindfulness exercises to reduce stress, improve focus, and increase happiness. Headspace's sleek interface and extensive library of programs make it a valuable tool for anyone looking to boost their mental wellbeing.

MyFitnessPal: Get fit and track your progress with MyFitnessPal. It's a fitness and nutrition app that lets you monitor your calorie intake and exercise routines. Plus, it provides personalized meal plans and workout recommendations based on your goals and preferences.

Duolingo: Speak a new language with Duolingo, the gamified language learning app. With over 300 million users, it's one of the most popular edtech apps out there. Not only does learning a new language improve cognitive function, but it also opens doors for personal and professional growth.

Habitica: Level up your life with Habitica, the habit-tracking app that feels like a game. Set goals and track your progress with its interactive design. Habitica even rewards you for your progress, making self-improvement more fun than ever.

Skillshare: Learn new skills with Skillshare's online learning platform. With a wide range of courses available, from photography to marketing, Skillshare has something for everyone. Its affordable pricing and user-friendly interface make it a great tool for improving your personal and professional life.

Daylio: Keep track of your mood and activities throughout the day with Daylio. This customizable journaling app is perfect for improving your emotional wellbeing and identifying patterns in your behavior. Its intuitive interface makes journaling easy and fun.

Forest: Stay focused and avoid distractions with Forest, the productivity app that rewards you for staying on task. Plant virtual trees as you work, and unlock new features as you progress. Forest is an excellent tool for anyone looking to improve their productivity and time management skills.

Calm: Unwind with Calm, the app that provides guided meditations, sleep stories, and relaxing music to reduce stress and anxiety. Its soothing content and calming atmosphere make it the perfect tool for anyone looking to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Fabulous: Develop healthy habits and routines with Fabulous. Its personalized coaching and gamified approach make it easy and fun to make positive changes in your life.

Quit Genius: Quit smoking with Quit Genius, the app that uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help you break a harmful addiction. Its personalized coaching and support make it an effective tool for anyone looking to improve their physical health.

Entelechy Academy: Obviously we're including the new Entelechy Academy app in our list! This unique app is all about improving yourself by focusing on the very thing that makes you, you; your character qualities. Start by rating your strengths and growth opportunities within the 54 character qualities listed, then ask those close to you to rate you as well. This, as well as some other magic, will give you a rounded picture of where you should focus your self improvement for the best results across all areas of your life.
