Transforming website performance for a food waste pioneer

Too Good To Go’s website could have been the cornerstone in convincing B2B customers to sign up to the fight against food waste. Outdated IA/user journeys were holding it back. The UI design didn’t reflect the well-crafted brand. The site wasn’t performant, well optimised for SEO or accessibility, and a legacy CMS was a real pain point for international content teams who needed to update the site regularly with ease.

The change

In collaboration with Too Good To Go’s commercial, brand and digital teams, we overhauled the website IA/UX to serve both B2C and B2B audiences. We worked alongside the brand team to refresh the digital brand and built out a flexible, scalable design system. We then replatformed to a Sanity CMS headless setup with streamlined permission groups, modular content block patterns and customised publishing pipelines to empower their international teams.

The result

A clearer, more compelling, scalable and highly performant product that converts prospective customers much more effectively and is much easier to update and evolve. Equally important, it’s Too Good To Go’s ‘window to the world’ that the whole organisation can now proudly stand behind.
