Evolving an established ed-tech pioneer, from brand through to product experience
The insight
Qualitative and quantitative user research established key pain points on the existing platform, allowing us to work with the IBE team to establish a prioritised plan for the holistic platform evolution.
The change
Created a bespoke product management system used by the IBE team alongside Hex to manage a multi-streamed product strategy. We helped the client zoom-out to create a coherent set of goals and priorities centred on the users, and set to work on executing the plan.
The result
By combining quick-win UX/UI improvements and longer-term feature updates with refreshed brand customer engagement touch points, we not only transformed the product but also how the product was communicated to the market.
