A fresh brand and a new digital home for a global property portfolio

The insight

With a growing portfolio of properties across 13 markets, Pembroke's digital presence was fragmented and difficult to navigate. It was time to consolidate old, underutilised websites to in a single, multi-language hub to create a more seamless, less complex visitor experience.

The change

A fully immersive discovery phase including stakeholder workshops, user behaviour analysis and the mapping of key journeys on the current platform identified the need for a full IA and technical overhaul.

The result

Fully refreshed UX and UI built on top of a robust and scalable Wordpress CMS, utilising a brand new custom mega-nav, clear asset taxonomy and multi-language switching, allowing users to intuitively navigate to different properties in different regions.
